Abstract
Aim:To investigate the expression of eNOS,VEGF and CD34 in endometriosis(EMs).Methods:Immunochemical method was used to determine the expression of eNOS,VEGF and CD34 in ectopic endometrium with EMs and the endometrium of controls.Results:The expression of eNOS,VEGF and CD34 in endometriosis was higher significantly than that of normal endometrium.In ectopic endometrial,the expression of eNOS and VEGF was positive correlation(r=0.984,P0.05).Conclusion:eNOS and VEGF plays an important role in the progression of endometriosis.
