Abstract
Objective: Evaluation of value and morphological changes in lactating mammary glang tissue of pregnant goat after radiofrequency ablation(RFA) treatment.Method:Pairs of lactating mammary gland of pregnant goat underwent radiofrequency ablation, ablation temperature of 90℃-100 ℃,normal operation time 25min,range of diameter of 1cm.Respectively,divided into 2 groups after operations, one group which was executed immediately, then was given ultrasound examination, observation by unaided eye and histopathological examination, another was executed after 3 months which underwent the same examinations.Result : Distance of ablation lesions of immediate group was 1cm from skin surface,1cm from the base.Gray-dark lesion was about 1.5×1.5×1.5cm.The changes under microscope were like lobular atrophy, duct expansion, cell secretion dysfunction, interstitial congestion and a little inflammatory cell infiltration as so.3 months after ablation zone section gray,jelly-like udder see sinus area.Microscopic lobular atrophy, cell function decline, duct dilatation. Conclusion : Conventional radiofrequency ablation methods breastfeeding affect breast tissue of sheep with pregnancy, and high security.
