Abstract

Objective To evaluate the treatment and prevention of abdominal incisional endometriosis diagnosis.Methods The hospital in January 2005 ~ December 2010 36 patients were treated abdominal incision in patients with endometriosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results Totally 36 cases were all achieved satisfactory results.Found 12 cases of surgery in the subcutaneous tumor,18 cases in the rectus sheath before,and 6 cases involving the peritoneal mass.5 patients after taking Gestrinone 3 months,the remaining patients untreated.Followed up for 6 months to 2 years no recurrence.Conclusions Aseptic surgery should strengthen awareness of aseptic operating procedures,good protection of abdominal incision can prevent and reduce endometriosis of iatrogenic transmission.
