Clinical analysis of diagnosis and treatment 125 cases of female infertility by laparoscopy and hysteroscopy

Objective To investigate the value of combined use of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in Treatment of female infertility.Methods This is a retrospective study about 125 cases of female infertility who examined and treated with laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.Results There were 56 patients with primary infertility and 69 patients with secondary infertility.The main reason of infertility was pelvic adhesion(49 cases,39.2%),endometriosis(19 cases,15.2%).ovarian tumor(17cases,13.6%) and endometrial polyp(10cases,8%).The recover rate was 91.21%.The pregnancy rate was 31.2%.Conclusion Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy are diagnosing and treating both uterine and tubal infertility as well as some ovarian abnormalities.They have,thus,the main role in diagnosis and treatment of female infertility.
