Abstract
Water pollution in the Yellow River basin is a severe obstacle to the current ecological protection and high-quality development, so pollution control in the Yellow River basin is a hot issue of national and social concern. In this paper, by constructing a tripartite game model among government regulators, enterprises along the Yellow River, and the public, the influencing factors of strategy choice among the three subjects and the evolution trend of strategy choice of each topic under different parameter changes are analyzed. Finally, MATLAB software was used to simulate the game model and discuss the results of the study, and propose countermeasures for the ecological governance of the Yellow River basin: the government regulators should set a reasonable compensation mechanism to ensure the enthusiasm of the government regulators and the continuity of public monitoring; the enterprises along the Yellow River should respond to the national call to take the corresponding responsibility while obtaining their economic benefits. To contribute to the national sustainable development strategy.
