The Therapeutic Effects of YiWeiNing on Endometriosis of Stage III after Operation Compared with Danazol

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side-effects of YiWeiNing and Danazol on treatment of patients with endometriosis(stage Ⅲ) after laparotomy.Methods 60 cases of endometriosis(stage Ⅲ) after laparotomy were randomly divided into 3 groups: YiWeiNing group was administered YiWeiNing 200ml,Bid,from the 7th day after laparotomy;Danazol group which was administered 200mg of Danazol,Bid~Tid,from the 7th day after laparotomy,for 6 months and was followed up for 6-30 months;Control group wasn't administered the two medicines.Results The recurrent rats of YiWeiNing group,Danazol group and control group were 4%,4.5% and 30.9%.There was not statistic significance between YiWeiNing group and Danazol group(P0.05).There was statistic significance between the treatment group and control group(P0.05).The side-effect rate of YiWeiNing group and Danazol group were 8% and 22.7%.The differences in the groups had statistic significance.Conclusion YiWeiNing was similar to Danazol in the therapeutic effects to prevent postoperation recurrence,but YiWeiNing has few side-effects and was widely applied in clinical treatment.
