Abstract
Objective To study the role of ARH Ⅰ(Aplysia Ras Homolog Ⅰ)by detecting its expression in adenomyosis. Methods The expression of ARH Ⅰ in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium in patients diagnosed with adenomyosis was compared with that in the normal endometrium. Results The expression level of ARH Ⅰ in the eutopic and eetopic endometrium of the experiment group increased compared with the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions The increased expression of the tumor suppressor gene ARH Ⅰ may be related to the incidence and progression of adenomyosis.
