Pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan kompetensi sosial guru kelas terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik

INDONESIA: \n \nKarakter religius adalah suatu perilaku, tabiat seseorang untuk melaksanakan suatu hal yang memiliki sifat keagamaan. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi karakter religius, seperti kompetensi sosial guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan kompetensi sosial guru kelas. Kompetensi sosial guru PAI dan kompetensi sosial guru kelas merupakan bagian penting dalam pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. Semakin baik kompetensi sosial guru PAI dan kompetensi sosial guru kelas maka, semakin kuat karakter religius peserta didik. \n \nTujuan peneliti untuk, (1) Menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik, (2) Menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru kelas terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik, (3) Menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi sosial guru PAI dan kompetensi sosial guru kelas terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. \n \nPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDIT Robbani Singosari, dengan mengambil sampel 58 peserta didik. Analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi, determinasi, uji T, dan uji F. \n \nAdapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menyatakan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompetensi sosial guru pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. Artinya, Semakin bagus kompetensi sosial guru PAI, maka semakin kuat karakter religius peserta didik. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompetensi sosial guru kelas terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. Artinya, semakin bagus kompetensi sosial guru kelas, maka semakin kuat karakter religius peserta didik. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kompetensi sosial guru PAI dan kompetensi sosial guru kelas terhadap pembentukan karakter religius peserta didik. \n \nENGLISH: \n \nReligious character is a behavior, a person's character to implement something that has a religious nature. There are several factors that can affect religious character, namely: the social competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers and the social competence of classroom teachers. The social competence of PAI teachers and the social competence of classroom teachers are an important part in the formation of the religious character of students. The better the social competence of PAI teachers, and the social competence of classroom teachers, so the stronger the religious character of the students. \n \nThe aims of the researcher are to, (1) explain the effect of the social competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers on the formation of the religious character of students, (2) Explaining the influence of class teacher social competence on the formation of the religious character of students, (3) Explaining the influence of PAI teacher's social competence and classroom teacher's social competence on the formation of students' religious character.\t \n \nThis research is a field research with a quantitative approach; the instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. The populations in this study are fifth grade students of SDIT Robbani Singosari, with taking a sample of 58 students. Data analysis used in this study is regression analysis, determination, T test, and F test.\t \n \nThe results of the research that has been done stating that (1) there is a significant positive influence on the social competence of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers on the formation of the religious character of students. It means that, the better the social competence of PAI teachers, the stronger the religious character of students. (2) There is a significant positive effect of class teacher social competence on the formation the religious character of students. It means that,the better the class teacher's social competence, the stronger the religious character of the students. (3) There is a significant positive effect of PAI teacher's social competence and classroom teacher's social competence on the formation the religious character of students. \n \nARABIC: \n \n\tالشخصية الدينية هي السلوك، شخصية الشخص للقيام بشيء له طابع ديني. هناك العديد من العوامل التي يمكن أن تؤثر على الشخصية الدينية، مثل الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية والكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي الفصل. تعد الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية والكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي الفصل جزءًا مهمًا في تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب. كلما زادت الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية والكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي الفصل، كلما كانت الشخصية الدينية للطلاب أقوى. \n \n\tأهداف الباحث هي: (1) شرح تأثير الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية على تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب، (2) شرح تأثير الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلم الفصل على تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب، (3) شرح تأثير الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلم التربية الإسلامية والكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلم الفصل على تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب. \n \n\tهذا البحث بحث ميداني كمي ، والأدوات المستخدمة هي الاستبيانات والتوثيق كان المجتمع في هذه الدراسة من طلاب الصف الخامس في SDIT Robbani Singosari، مع عينة من 58 طالبًا. تحليل البيانات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هو تحليل الانحدار ، التحديد ، اختبار T، واختبار F. \n \n\tتشير نتائج البحث الذي تم إجراؤه إلى (1) وجود تأثير إيجابي كبير للكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية على تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب. أي أنه كلما كانت الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية أفضل، كانت الشخصية الدينية للطلاب أقوى. (2) هناك تأثير إيجابي معنوي للكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلم الصف في تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب. أي أنه كلما كانت الكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلمي الفصل أفضل، كانت الشخصية الدينية للطلاب أقوى. (3) هناك تأثير إيجابي معنوي للكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلم التربية الإسلامية والكفاءة الاجتماعية لمعلم الفصل في تكوين الشخصية الدينية للطلاب.
