Иммуногистохимическое изучение экспрессии дерматансульфат протеогликана декорина в гетеротопическом эндометрии

Immunohistochemical research of samples of operational material of 16 women 28,2 ± 4,6 years with ovaries endometrioid damage of the 2nd and 3rd stages with emphasis on studying of character of expression of dermatan sulfate proteoglycans decorin is conducted. Within 6 months before surgery 6 patients applied monophase low-dosed combined oral contraceptives (COC). By means of ZEN blue software (C. Zeiss) at ovaries endometriosis in paraffin cuts of ovarian endometrioid cysts showed features of decorin expression in cellular elements of stroma and extracellular matrix, which expressiveness in cytogene stroma was authentically (р = 0,048) lowered at application COC before surgery.
