Study on Combining Use of Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy in Treating Infertility

Objective:To study the cause of infertility and evaluate the therapeutic effect of combining use of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in treating infertility.Methods:The relationship between peMc disease and infertility in 510 female patients with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was analyzed.Results:451 of 510 cases with infertility had pelvic diseases,287 of 510 cases had cavity of uterus diseases.Pelvic inflame matory disease(51.37%),endometriosis1(9.02%) and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)(10.39%)were major causes resulting in infertility;abnormality of endometrium(16.86%),fibromyoma uteri(13.14%)were major causes resulting in infertility.Among 510 cases,hysterosalpingraphy(HSG) was studied in 465 patients before laparoscopy,the results of 237 cases were coincident with laparoscopy,accounting 50.97%.Among 510 cases,The rate of the follow-up was 75.49%;214 cases(55.58%) conceive,43 of 214 cases(20.09%)were treated by IVF.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combining use of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in treating infertility caused by uterine tube disease is well.The therapeutic effect of pelvic or cavity of uterus diseases contributes to ameliorate in infertility.
