Turkish Abstract: Yazı içeriğinde, Covid-19 salgını sebebiyle gündeme gelen, kişisel sağlık verilerinin veri sorumlusu işverenler tarafından işlenmesi üzerine ortaya çıkan sorunlar ile kişisel sağlık verilerinin işlenmesi kapsamında, kanunun yürürlük tarihinden itibaren, ortaya çıkan sorunlar örnekler verilerek ele alınacaktır. Bu doğrultuda Doç. Dr. Mesut Serdar Çekin’in 6 Nisan 2020 tarihinde kaleme aldığı “Rahmetlinin Hayatını Kurtaramadık Ama En Azından Kişisel Sağlık Verilerini Koruduk!!! Covid-19 Pandemisi Karşısında Kişisel Sağlık Verilerinin İşlenmesine Dair KVKK Hükümlerinin İş İlişkileri Kapsamında Değerlendirilmesi” başlıklı yazısına katkı ve tartışmaların derinleştirilmesi kapsamında birtakım yorumlarımız da yer alacaktır.English Abstract: In the content of the article, the problems that arise due to the processing of personal health data by the data controller employers due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the problems that have arisen within the scope of the processing of personal health data, as of the effective date of the law, will be discussed by giving examples.
