Abstract
Primary and secondary infertility rates are identical. Endometriosis cysts in the ovaries and commissural process in the pelvic region are observed frequently during secondary infertility, which is related with a high rate of operablе intrusion in previous health history.The cause of infertility for adenomyosis is considered to be implantation dysfunction and mane other factors
