Clinical analysis of 266 cases of infertility's diagnosis and treatment by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy

Objective:Through laparoscopy,hysteroscopy and surgery, to understand pelvic,uterus and fallopian tube's different diseases, to explore the cause of infertility and improve the cure rate.Methods:226 cases with infertility were diagnosed and treated under hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.Results:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy could not only clearly diagnose the cause of infertility,but also provide the effective way to cure infertility.Conclusion:Pelvic inflammation and the intranterine inflammation all connected with infertility.Pelvic inflammation,tubal occlusion,intrauterine adhesions are the main reasons for infertility.Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy can improve the cure rate of infertility.
