Abstract
Comorbidity in a group of women with hysterectomy, ovariectomy or hysterovariectomy was assessed. Frequency of hypertension was 67.5%, coronary disease: 9.6%, chronic heart failure: 34.1%, abdominal obesity: 48.2%, metabolic syndrome: 26.2%, depression: 41.4 %, knee osteoarthritis: 51.4%, osteopenia: 16.9%, osteoporosis: 18.1%, cholelythiasis: 20.9%. Comorbidity in the study group was significantly higher than in the general population.
