Analysis on 60 Cases of Endometriosis Treated by Laparoscopy Combined with Gestrinone

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of gestrinone combined with laparoscopic operation in the treatment of endometriosis.Method After laproscopic surgery,60 cases of endometriosis were given gestrinone 2.5mg,twice a week,for 3~6 months.Results All cases finished laparoscopic operation.After 12~24 months of observation successfully,the clinical symptoms improved obviously,the total effective rate was 100%.The recurrence rate were 6.7%(4 cases).Among 28 cases complicated with secondary infertility,18 cases were pregnancy after the postoperative treatment of gestrinone(64.3%).Conclusions The laparoscopic operation can be used in various phrases of endometriosis.The combination of gestrinone can significantly decrease the recurrence rate and increase the pregnancy rate,and the clinical efficacy is satisfying.
