Clinical observation of gestrinone combined with Dan'efukang decocted extract in treating severe endometriosis postoperative

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Dan'efukang decocted extract(DDE) in treating endometriosis postoperatively.Methods 58 postoperative patients with intact uterus were enrolled,and the participants were randomly divided into 3 groups:destrinone+DDE group (n=20),gestrinone group(n=20),DDE group(n=18).The groups were evaluated with dysmenorrheal, amenorrhea,liver function and hormone level after six months' therapy.Results After evaluation of dysmenorrheal,clinical symptoms and recurrence etc within one year,gestrinone +DDE group had statistical significance compared with the other two groups(P0.05) and their amenorrhea,liver function and hormone level also had statistical significance compared with the other two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The use of DDE in treating severe endometriosis postoperatively is safe,effective and without significant adverse events.Gestrinone+DDE in treating severe endometriosis postoperative has better clinical curative effect,and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate within one year.
