Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in treating infertility. Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with infertility underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic operation, their etiological factors were diagnosed and pertinently treated. Results:The major reasons of infertility were pelvic adhesion and the obstruction of fallopian tube. The secondary cause was endometriosis. After treating with hysteroscopic and laparoscopic operation, the pregnancy incidence of 160 cases was about 45.5%.Conclusions:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is mini-invasive and can replace laparotomy in treatment of infertility with better effect, less trauma and quicker recovery.
