Abstract
We present the case of a patient who was consulted for abdominal pain and a feeling of occupation, being diagnosed with an intra-abdominal tumor of probable gynecological origin. The pathology study revealed a benign multicystic mesothelioma, a rare pathology with benign behavior that originates in the abdominal peritoneum. It usually presents as non-specific abdominal pain. To date, since there is no standard treatment, complete excision is recommended.
