Abstract
Einleitung Die Endometriose ist eine gutartige Erkrankung in der Gynäkologie, von der ca. 10 -15 % aller geschlechtsreifen Frauen betroffen sind [Coleman et al. 2015]. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) sind sowohl bei der Regulation physiologischer Prozesse wie Entwicklung, Wachstum und Differenzierung, als auch bei der Pathogenese verschiedenster Erkrankungen von zentraler Bedeutung.
