Given the extensive data inherent in these technologies, it is imperative to employ automatedmethods to elucidate the interconnections among them. This article endeavors to delineate the associationsbetween disparate technologies within a specific industry. To uncover these associations, we have utilized a generalizedapproach to Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TFIDF) across a broad spectrum of textual data, such as scholarly articles. These associations are represented in the guise of a weighted graph, wherein the verticescorrespond to individual technologies, and the edge weights quantify the degree of association between pairs of technologiesin percentage terms. This graphical representation, known as the ’association tech-graph,’ is instrumentalin the analysis and advancement of technological innovation within the industrial sector. Our proposed model is parameterized, engendering a variety of graphs contingent upon the values assigned to these parameters. A meticulousevaluation of these parameters, while increasing computational complexity, enhances the precision and accuracy ofthe resultant graph. association technologies association tech-graph TFIDF Full Text Additional Declarations No competing interests reported.
