Analysis of the laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment value in female infertility

Objective: To explore the value of laparoscopic diagnosic and treatment in female infertility.Methods: 132 cases of the infertile were explored and treated by laparoscopy,the diagnostic and therapeutic effectiveness was analyzed.Results: There was significant difference between these two groups in primary and subsequent infertile patients.Among in primary infertile pantients,polycytin ovarian syndrome(PCOS)was the most common one,followed by pelvicinflammation diseases(PID).The main factors of subsequent infertile patient are pelvic inflammation deseases,endometriosis(EMC).These cases were operated by laparpscopy,the pregnant recurrence rate reached 37.12%(49/132).Polycystic ovarian syndrome was treated by paparpscopy is better than medicine(P0.01).Conclusion: The most common factors of infertile women are pelivc inflammation diseases,polycystic ovarian syndrome and endometriosis.Laparpscopy can be used to identify the pelivic diseases relate to infertility and to perform operation simultaneously.Laparpscopy has important value diagnosis and treament in female infertility.
