Abstract
Objective To explore influence of nursing intervention on periumbilical injection zoladex for endometriosis patients. Methods From June 2012 to December 2013, clinical data of 100 cases of endometriosis patients in our hospital were analyzed, divided them into routine nursing group(control group) and special nursing group(observation group), 50 cases in each group. Results The SDS, SAS score and treatment compliance of observation group were better than control group, P0.05, the difference was statistical significance. ConclusionThe special nursing intervention in patients with endometriosis treated by periumbilical injection, can significantly reduce patients' psychological discomfort, periumbilical pain injection and improve patient compliance.
