Clinical effects of marvelon and conjugated estrogens on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of marvelon and conjugated estrogens on adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 50 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into marvelon treatment group(n=25)and conjugated estrogens treatment group(n=25).The anthemorrhagic effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment by marvelon was more effective(P0.05)with less adverse reaction and treatment failure rate(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon is convenient,effective and has less adverse reaction.
