In the presurgical period at the systemic and local level rising of level of pro-inflammatory and regulatory cytokines, activation of system of a complement, an imbalance in the maintenance of antiinflammatory cytokines, regulators of system of a complement, various classes of immunoglobulins, decrease of the activity and intensity of a phagocytosis with simultaneous rising of activity the oxygen dependent systems of neutrophils of a peripheral blood is established, activation of free radical oxidation, rising in a contents blood plasma the immunosupressors of metabolites is taped (atcetylgydroperox, a malone dialdehyde, C-reactive protein). Insufficient efficiency of application of complex standard treatment in correction of immune and metabolic disturbances is defined. Use in standard treatment of a chronic endometritis of Gepon and Cytoflavinum allows to increase its efficiency and to improve quality of life of patients.
