Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of Colorful Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) in differential diagnosis of uterine myoma and adenomyosis. Methods CDFI ultrasonography and blood changes of 866 cases uterine fibroids, uterine adenomyosis confirmed by operation and patholog in our hospital from Sep 2008 to Sep were retrospectively and comparatively analyzed. Results The main difference of image between the two is uterine myoma and intramural has clear boundaries, but that of adenomyosis was not obvious. The main difference of blood flow between the two is surrounding the uterine myoma has a circular, semicircular blood flow, and in the tumor has a little blood flow signal, but adenomyosis has dispersed flow. Conclusion CDFI has important application value in the differential diagnosis of uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
