Clinical Value of Serum CA125 Detection in Diagnosis of Ovary Tumor and Ovary Endometriosis

Objective To explore the expression of serum CA125 in ovary epithelial tumor and ovary endometriosis and its clinical value.Methods The detection results of 74 ovary epithelial benign and malignant tumors and ovary endometriosis were retrospectively reviewed and compared with the results of 30 healthy women.Results The expression value of serum CA125 in ovary epithelial cancers was obviously higher.And the expression value of serum CA125 in ovary endometriosis was higher than that of ovary benign tumors and the normal group(P0.05).Conclusions The detection of serum CA125 is of great significance in the diagnosis of ovary epithelial cancers.It can also be used in the diagnosis of ovary endometriosis.
