Abstract

Symptoms of sleep disruption are widely prevalent in general population, but they are not necessarily form the full clinical presentation of insomnia. Diagnostic process should consider somatic diseases usually accompanied by sleep disruption. This review presents the data on insomnia symptoms in gynecological diseases: menstrual cycle related disorders, endometriosis, peri- and postmenopausal symptoms.В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященной инсомнии, развивающейся на фоне гинекологических расстройств: нарушений, ассоциированных с менструальным циклом; эндометриоза и симптомов, возникающих в пери- и постменопаузе. Описаны методы лечения, в том числе отечественными безрецептурными препаратами доксиламина и мелатонина.
