功能失调性子宫出血患者宫内膜诱导型－氧化氮合酶和基质金属蛋白酶－9的表达及其意义

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship of dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) and the expression of INOS and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9, GelatinaseB). 【Methods】 Forty samples were divided into two groups. The experiment group included 20 samples of simple hyperplasia endometrium and 10 samples of complex hyperplasia endometrium which origin from DUB patients. The control group including 10 samples originally from myoma patients whose menstrual cycle were normal and got hysterectomy. The expressions of INOS and MMP-9 mRNA were studied with reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). 【Results】 INOS and MMP-9 mRNA were significantly higher not only in simple hyperplasia DUB patients but also in complex hyperplasia DUB patients than those of proliferative stage of normal endometrium. (P＜0.01). 【Conclusions】 INOS and MMP-9 correlate well with the occurrence of DBU together. Higher expression of INOS and MMP-9 affect the uterine bleeding by influencing the local micro-circumstance of uterine.
