Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MIF in the endometriosis complicated with infertility and menorrhalgia patients.Methods Immunohisto chemistry technique is adopted to test the expression of MIF in the eutopic endometrial tissues of endometriosis complicated with infertility of 10 women and the eutopic endometrial tissues of 30 women with menorrhalgia.Results The expression of MIF in eutopic endometria of endometriosis complicated with infertility was significantly higher than that of the expression of non-endometriosis complicated with infertility(P0.05).The expression of MIF in eutopic endometria of endometriosis complicated with menorrhalgia was significantly higher than that of the expression of MIF in the non-endometriosis complicated with menorrhalgia(P0.05).Conclusion MIF might have some effect on infertility and menorrhalgia caused by EMs.
