Effective observation on superlizer and Guizhi Fuling Capsule for treating chronic pelvic inflammation

Objective:To study the effect of combined superlizer irradiation and Guizhi Fuling Capsule(GFC) on chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine medication for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.On the base of treatment in the control group,the treatment group was given GFC after meal,3 capsules per time,3 times daily,superlizer irradiation was performed on the diseased region,once daily,14 d as a treatment course.The above treatment was stopped during menstruation.Results:The cured rate was 55% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group with statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of superlizer and Guizhi Fuling Capsule is superior to the routine Western medication in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.
