Pseudo intraoperative dropped intraocular lens (IOL) is a surgical situation that the surgeon finds the IOL luster so deep as if being in the vitreous, seeks touching the surface of the IOL, however, it's so far away. This situation can occur in cases of moderate myopia with narrow pupil and lax zonules with deeply seated posterior capsule particularly if the trailing haptic of the IOL is falsely implanted in the sulcus.
