Abstract

65535 The article demonstrates the results of epitheliocytes' proliferative activity morphometric assessment, the peculiarities of vascularization and leucocytic infiltration in 100 endometrioid heterotopias in pelvis minor peritoneum. The study proves that epitheliocytes in red endometrioid heterotopias show the highest proliferative activity, while epitheliocytes in white endometrioid heterotopias show the lowest proliferative activity, and epitheliocytes in black endometrioid heterotopias demonstrate intermediate features. It was also revealed that increased vascularization degrees and prevalence of macrophages, neutrophils and plasmacytes in leucocytic infiltrates lead to the increased proliferative activity in ectopic endometrium of peritoneum endometriosis centres.
