Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of gynecological laparoscopy on the blood coagulation and it's relation with variable expression level of the plasma alpha-granule mambrane protein 140(GMP-140),D-dimer,and von willebrand factor(VWF).Methods Altogether 75 patients who had ASAⅠ~Ⅱ gynecological disease with no thrombosis risk were selected in this study.Of them,39 patients were treated by gynecological laparoscopy and 36 were treated by open abdomen surgery. The prothrombin time, and activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen, and thrombin time were also examined before the surgery,at the end of the surgery, and 24 hours after surgery. The expression level of GMP-140,D-dimer,and VWF were also measured before the surgery,at the end of the surgery and 24 hours after surgery. Results In the gynecological laparoscopy group, the prothrombin time at the end of the surgery was significantly longer than that before surgery(P0.05).The patients had longer prothrombin time, higher fibrinogen level, and shorter thrombin time at 24 hours after surgery than those before surgery. The expression levels of GMP-140,D-dimer,and VWF were higher at the end of surgery and 24 hours after surgery than those before surgery. The expression levels of 3 factors of patients in the gynecological laparoscopy group were higher than those of the open abdomen surgery group(P0.05).Conclusion The gynecological laparoscopy treatment can increase the blood coagulation, which may result from the higher expression level of GMP-140,D-dimer,and VWF.
