Abstract

Objective To discuss the levonorgestrel IUD combined with ultrasonic monitoring ovulation treatment for adenomyosis infertility. Methods 128 patients with adenomyosis infertility from January 2011 to May 2012 in Longhua People's Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 64 cases in each group according to the patients' wish.LNG-IUD was used in treatment group, conventional treatment methods was used in control group.Level changes of CA125,E2,P,FSH,LH,PRL,T value in the two groups before and 1,3,6 months after the treatment were observed;the improvement of dysmenorrheal, vaginal ultrasound indicators and the pregnancy rate of half a year in the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results ①CA125,E2,P,FSH,LH,PRL,T value 1,3,6 months after the treatment in treatment group were all lower than those before treat ment, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05);the differences of CA125,E2,P,FSH,LH,PRL,T value in control group before and 1,3,6 months after the treatment were not statistically significant(P 0.05);CA125,E2,P,FSH,LH,PRL,T value 6 months after the treatment in treatment group [(19.4 ±2.6) U/mL,(82.6±28.7) pg/mL,(0.4± 0.1) ng/mL,(3.8±1.0) mU/mL,(6.4±2.5) mU/mL,(13.6±5.6) ng/mL,(2.8±1.0) nmol/L] were all lower than those in control group at the same time [(301.1±58.3) U/mL,(98.2±34.7) pg/mL,(1.0±0.4) ng/mL,(6.5±2.5) mU/mL,(8.4±3.0) mU/ mL,(19.8±9.5) ng/mL,(4.5±2.3) nmol/L],the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).②Excellence rate of dysmenorrheal, vaginal ultrasound indicators in treatment group were 60.94%(39/64) and 53.13%(34/64),efficiency rate of dysmenorrheal, vaginal ultrasound indicators in treatment control group were 34.38%(22/64),39.06%(25/64),they were all higher than those in control group, the inefficiency rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Pregnancy rate of half a year in treatment group [63.33%(19/64)] was higher than that in control group [6.67%(2/64)],the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion LNG-IUD placement is more safe and effective than conventional therapy,it is worthy of promotion.
