Abstract

Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of rectovaginal endometriosis.Methods Two women with rectovaginal endometriosis were retrospectively analyzed.Result Two patients were respectively given leuprolide acetate depot and mifepristone,and treatment had a planned duration of 3 to 6 months.Two patients required further treatment with a surgical solution.The pathology diagnosis of nodules removed was endometriosis.Conclusion Laparotomy is efficient for the treatment of the rectovaginal endometriosis.
