Abstract

Objective Analysis of ovarian cyst patients receiving laparoscopic surgery used in different ways of hemostatic effect on ovarian function. Method To 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cyst patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group, hemostatic ways were given suture bleeding(suture group) and no suture bleeding(not suture group), compared two groups of patients with postoperative hormone levels and changes of the ovarian stromal blood flow and ovarian stromal blood flow improved group cyst and ovarian stromal blood flow to the size of the correlation. Result Patients in the two groups before and after treatment showed no obvious differences in hormone levels, at the same time not suture group matrix flow is obviously better than that of the suture group, significant correlations exist without suture stromal blood flow and cyst ovary size. Conclusion No suture hemostasis has better effect in laparoscopic ovarian cyst surgery ovarian stromal blood flow, To restore the patient's body, and does not affect the hormone levels of patients.
