Abstract
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect mechanism of the therapeutic method-promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis (PBCRBC) and dissipating hard mass (DHM) on treating endometriosis (EMT) patients. Methods: Selected 306 EMT cases, and were treated by FuTongNing complex; the syndromes were observed; and the indices of blood circulation were improved significantly; PGF2α, in plasma, E2、P、FSH、LH、PRL in serum were measured. Results: After treatment, 306 cases have good curative effect, and the effective rate is 92.18% ; the indices of blood circulation were improved significantly; PGF2α in plasma, E2、P、FSH、LH、PRL in serum had been induced clearly. Conclusion: The therapeutic method have good effects by improved the circulation of blood and dyssecre -tosis.
