Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of female infertility for pelvic diseases. Methods Dignostic laparoscopy was conducted in 540 cases of infertility for pelvic diseases and experiment with methylene blue fluid dynamically examined the conditions of Fallopian tubes,and remedial operation was performed simultaneously. Results(1)Pelvic diseases were found in 509 cases,accounting for 94.26%,among which,pelvic inflammation diseases(PID) was the most common one,followed by endometriosis(EMS) and polycysitic ovary.(2)PID and Pelvic tuberculosis were the first two etiological factorsof obstructed Fallopian tubes.(3)After the operations of focus clearance, pelvic adhesiolysis and peritoneal fluid' s clearance,the cumulative pregnancy rates were 62.50%.Conclusion Dignostic laparoscopy can be used to identify the pelvic diseases related to infertility,to examine the conditions of Fallopian tubes and to perform simple operations simultaneously.The therapeutic efficacy of diagnostic laparoscopy for the early mild endometriosis was reliable that it should be generalized in primary hospitals.
