Abstract

Objective To dicsuss the correlation between endometriosis and immune infertility by detecting tlymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin,anti-sperm antibodies(ASAb),anti-endometrial antibodies(EMAb).Method CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 were detected respectively by direct immunofluorescence staining of monoclonal antibody, and IgG,IgM,IgA,ASAb,EMAb were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in T cell subsets(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001),serum IgG,IgA,IgM levels(P0.05,P0.01,P0.001) and AsAb,EMAb(P0.01,P0.001) in endometriosis group. Conclusions There is a certain correlation between endometriosis and immune infertility.Endometriosis is one of the factors inducing the immune infertility.
