Abstract
Objective:To investigate diagnosis,treatment and prevention of abdominal wall endometriosis after cesarean section incision.Methods:26 cases of cesarean section incision of abdominal wall endometriosis patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results:after cesarean section incision of abdominal wall endometriosis after cesarean section is one of many long-term complications,occurred after cesarean section in 2 years,clinical manifestations of mass,pain,periodic symptom characteristics.Conclusion:operation resection of the mass is the most effective method to treat incision of abdominal wall endometriosis,which can reduce the rate of cesarean section,promote breastfeeding,and prevent cesarean section uterine endometrial implant.
