Abstract
Objective:To study the serum level change of Adiponectin(APN),IGF-1 in endometriosis and correlation between them and body mass index(BMI).Methods:45 cases of endometriosis patients who were in our hospital childbirth during 2009 were selected as observation group.30 cases of healthy check-up women were selected as control group. The level of APN,IGF-1 and their BMI were observe. Results:Compared with control group, the observation group's serum APN level and BMI were lower(P0.05),and serum IGF-1 level was higher(P 0.05).Compared with the early observation group, the late observation group's serum APN level and BMI were lower(P0.05),serum IGF-1 level was higher(P0.05).The observation group's BMI value and serum IGF-1 level negatively correlated(r=-0.693,P0.05),and the observation group's BMI value and serum IGF-1 level positively correlated(r= 0.889,P0.05).Conclusion:The serum level of APN,IGF-1 has certain effect in the pathogenesis of endometriosis, and the low BMI of patients may be relative with the change of serum IGF-1,APN levels.
