Abstract

Endometriosis(EMs) is a kind of common gynecological disease, the main manifestations of which are dysmenorrhea and secondary infertility, and its high recurrence rate impacts on the women′s reproductive health and quality of life seriously, but the exact etiology is unknown so far. Many studies suggest that the pathogenesis is a result of multiple factors and multiple genes. With the development of the research,EMs ability to invasion and metastasis like tumor cells has caused wide concern, and the research on ectopic endometrium invasion and the tumor metastasis associated genes expression has become a hotspot.
