Clinical analysis of laparoscope combined with drug treating endometriosis complicated with infertility

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with drug treating endometriosis(EMs)complicated with infertility. Methods 96 patients with EMs complicated with infertility conducted laparoscopic surgery in department of gynaecology from October 2010 to October 2012 were selected.All patients were divided into the group A(oral contraceptive),the group B(gestrinone) and the control group(untreated),and there were 32 cases in each group.The treatment effect of the three groups. Results The pregnancy rate in group A and B [71.9%,68.8% respectively] was obviously higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).The recurrence rate in the group A and B [9.4%,12.5% respectively] was obviously lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion For patients with EMs complicated with infertility conducted laparoscopic surgery,gestrinone or oral contraceptive given after operation has the better effect,and it can improve the pregnancy rate,reduce the relapse rate.It has higher application value.
