Expression of HOXA10 Gene in Endometriosis Complicated Infertility

Objective To investigate HOXA10 gene function in infertility women of endometriosis( EMs).Method 48 patients who diagnosis as EMs complicated infertility The expression levels of HOXA10 in serum of EMs pations and normal endometrium were detected by Elisa.Results HOXA10 of EMs complicated infertility were significantly lower than those in normal fertility group,but had no significant difference( P 0.05).Conclusion HOXA10 gene might have an important effect on infertility of endometriosis.Deeply study about HOXA10 gene may offer a new method to the treatment of infertility of endometriosis.
