Correlation between serum and peritoneal fluid LN,CA125,CA199,Lp and endometriosis

Objective:To analyze the correlation between the serum and peritoneal fluid LN,CA125,CA199,Lp and endometriosis.Methods:A total of 69patients with endometriosis in our hospital from January 2008to January 2011were selected as observation group,69healthy women with same age served as the control group.Serum and peritoneal fluid LN,CA125,CA199,Lp and endometriosis of two groups were compared,the levels of observation group with different r-AFS stage were compared too,then correlation between those indexes and disease were analyzed.Results:The serum LN,CA125and CA199were all higher than those of control group,peritoneal fluid LN,CA125,CA199and Lp were all higher than those of control group.Those indexes of observation group with higher r-AFS grade were higher than those of patients with lower r-AFS grade,except serum Lp all indexes had closed correlation with endometriosis(all P0.05).Conclusion:The correlation between the serum and peritoneal fluid LN,CA125,CA199,Lp and endometriosis is closely,and they can be important index for diagnose and treatment of disease.
