Факторы риска апоплексии яичников.

Aimed at revealing risk factors of the ovarian apoplexy 100 patients were examined having ovarian apoplexy (60 women had pain form of the disease and 40 ones had hemorrhagic form of the disease). Healthy women were controls. Risk factors of the ovarian apoplexy of both forms occurring were established to be: premature deliveries, presence of severe gynecologic -obstetric history, operative interventions on the small pelvis organs, craniocerebral trauma. The abovementioned causes might cause dysfunction in the hypothalamichypophysial-ovary system which is manifested by high blood concentration gonadotrophic hormones and estradiol in the 2-nd phase of menstrual cycle.
