Abstract
Objective To observe Danzhuxiaoyifang combined with laparoscopy on serum IL-8 of infertile patients with mild endometriosis.Methods 50 patients were divided into 2 groups,the treat group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine after laparoscope,while the control group was only accepted laparoscopy.The improvement of clinical symptoms,pregnancy rate,and serum IL-8 was observed.Results The effect in the treat group was better than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusions Danzhuxiaoyifang combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of mild endometriosis infertility may improve the clinical symptoms,increase the pregnancy rate,its mechanism may be related to the regulation of the immune,decrease serum IL-8.
