Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of serum CA125 in diagnosing endometriosis and the action of monitoring the effect of operation and drug.Methods:278 cases were divided into two groups: case group was composed of 113 cases with endometriosis; control group was composed of 65 with hysteromyoma,18 with ovarian benign tumor and 80 normal reproductive women. The case group was divided into operational treatment group with 75 cases and drug treatment group with 38 cases.Results:①The positive rate of serum CA125 of case group was 71.6%, the rate of Ⅰ~Ⅱ phase, Ⅲ phase and Ⅳ phase was 61.1%, 71.9% and 80.0% respectively; the positive rate of the control group was 12.3%; the difference of two groups was statistical significant (P0.01); ②The positive rate of serum CA125 before and after operating were 73.3% and 25.3%, the difference of two groups was statistical significant (P0.01); The positive rate of serum CA125 before and after drug treatment were 68.4% and 28.9% respectively, the difference of two groups was significant (P0.01).Conclusion:Serum CA125 plays the important role in diagnosing endometrio sis and monitoring the effect of operation and drug and prognosis.
