Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of the clinical history and molecular and genetic characteristics of patients with histologically confirmed adenomyosis. Based on these results, a comprehensive system for forecasting the development of adenomyosis, which includes a computer program based on an assessment of clinical and anamnestic data, and evaluation of molecular genetic markers. A computer program «Prediction of endometriosis» is developed using the logistic regression predicts the progression of the disease with a probability of 99 %. The sensitivity of the program was 85,8 %, specificity 89,9 %. It is shown that a comprehensive definition of genetic markers of estrogen metabolism: CYP1A1, CYP1A2, CYP19, SULT1A1 has a sensitivity of 86,7 % and a specificity of 90,6 % and can be used to predict the development of the adenomyosis in adolescents and young women to form groups at high risk of developing the disease for preventive measures.
