Abstract

Objective:To investigate the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the peritoneal fluid of endometriosis model rats after celiac perfusing with cisplatin. Methods:First, establish the rats model of endometriosis, then the EMT rats were divided randomly into three groups:Cisplatin celiac perfusion group, physiological saline celiac perfusion group and model control group. And the rats which received sham-operation were used as normal control. The concentration of VEGF and TNF-α in the peritoneal fluid of the different rats group were determinated, and the correlation between VEGF and TNF-α was analyzed. Results:The concentration between VEGF and TNF-α in the peritoneal fluid of the EMT rats were significantly higher than that of normal group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);After the different treatment, the concentration of VEGF was significantly lower in the cisplatin celiac perfusion group than that of the other groups, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The concentrations of VEGF and TNF-α were significantly correlated (P0.01).Conclusions:Cisplatin celiac perfusion therapy could reduce the concentration of VEGF and TNF-αin the peritoneal fluid of the EMT rats significantly. The concentration of VEGF and TNF-α are significantly correlated.Peritoneal microenvironment is changed after cisplatin celiac perfusion therapy, and this therapy might be meaningful for the treatment of EMT.
